If you are a CSDA member, as a member benefit your attendance gets uploaded to the "CE login" area of the website and added to your CE Transcript where all CSDA courses you’ve attended are listed. The final and most important step is up to you. It is up to each individual to obtain and then add the corresponding verification code(s) to their personal CE transcript online. Or, you can always keep your CE records in hard copy - paper CE Forms are always made available on-site for those who may prefer to track that way or like to have a back-up. If you are not a CSDA member, you must pick up and fill out the paper form which can always be found on the table at the entryway to the lecture room.
Please remember: It is your responsibility to make note of the verification code(s) in order to prove your attendance to any professional/governing organization that may request your continuing education records. Codes are not given out at any other time after the course is completed.
